TRICOLOR QUINOA

It is a small grain with a semi-flat round shape of 3 different varieties (white, red, black), rich in proteins, carbohydrates and an excellent balance of essential amino acids for the development of tissues in the human being. It is produced in the Andean region and mainly in the Altiplano of Peru.
