ANCHO CHILI

Ancho Chili is known by different names depending on the region or country: Chile Color, Chile Colorado, Chile Ancho Chino, Red Pasilla Chili. It has a triangular shape and its skin is rough and shiny. The best ones are flexible to the touch and never stiff.
